设备主要解决了原木底板胚料需要靠人力于工生产加工、及加工中出现弯曲和料损问题。减少了操作员工，提高了生产安全性、缓解了员工的劳动强度。
设备操作使用简单方便，可适用于松木、杉木、国内外各种板料各种木材的带锯切割加工。
1、该设备采用线性方导轨及滚珠丝杆运行精度高、平稳顺畅；
2 、配有微电脑控制自动供油系统保证了导轨及丝杆的润滑减少磨损，延长丝杆使用寿命；
3、采用PLC编程、伺服驱动、液晶显示触摸屏操作，保证加工产品精度及高速运行可靠性；
4、采用柔性风琴防护罩更有效的防尘效果该设备主要安装部件工艺采用了数控加工设备机械构造来保证设备的经久耐用。
